Rajesh, the visionary behind O’Nest Health, is an IIM Bangalore alumnus and National-Level Memory Consultant who turned his lifelong curiosity for science into a mission for human longevity. With over 20 years of experience exploring how biology, psychology, and lifestyle interact, Rajesh believes that true wellness begins with understanding your body’s design and working with it, not against it.
His journey is proof of that philosophy. Through disciplined experimentation and science-based living, Rajesh successfully reversed multiple chronic conditions on his own body, including diabetes, liver problems, extreme hunger, acidity, low immunity, and constant fatigue, while reducing his weight from 89 kg (2012) to 63 kg (2019).
A former consultant to Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and a record-holder in India’s most competitive exams, Rajesh blends sharp scientific insight with deep compassion. At O’Nest Health, he now helps others achieve what he proved possible: to restore vitality, build resilience, and live stronger, healthier, and longer lives well beyond 100 years.
